Ingredients
- Pepper
- 2 pork chops
- Salt
- 2 red apples (squared into cubes)
- Margerine
- Olive Oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 glass water
- 1 glass white wine

Directions
1. Pour the oil and margarine in a pot and cook the onion until pale.
2. Add the meat and cook.
3. Pour the wine.
4. When the juice evaporates to about half, lower the heat and pour in the water.
5. Add the bay leaf, the salt and the pepper.
6. When most of the juices have evaporated stir in the apple pieces and cook for 10-15 more minutes.
Note : Best served with rice.
