Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons ketchup (optional)
- 1/2 a medium sized cabage.
- 4 medium carrots
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 table spoons mayonese (optional)

Directions
1. Wash carrots and cabbage well.
2. Chop cabbage into thin slices and place in a bowl.
3. Cut off the 2 ends of each carrot and grate them.
4. Mix cabbage and carrots together in bowl.
5. Squize the juice from 1 lemon and pour in a small bowl.
6. Add olive oil to the bowl and blend it with the lemon juice.
7. Add a touch of salt and a touch of pepper to the lemon/oil mix and blend again.
8. Pour the oil/lemon sauce in the bowl and mix the 2 well.
9. Optionally in a small dish mix 4 tablespoons of mayonese and 4 tablespoons of ketchup into pink sauce and either pour it over the salad or serve it as a side dip for it.
